From the builder's brochure: 1,230 homes in five towers of 50 floors on 5.5 acres, five homes on each floor, 2.5 BHK homes of 1,333 to 1,537 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,601 to 2,656 sq ft, with an eight-floor clubhouse of 62,000 sq ft and four levels of parking. A few points worth confirming: The brochure says 1,230 homes; the RERA filing records 1,225. The builder can confirm the current count.
