Yula Globus NEO is an apartment project in Kokapet, Hyderabad, by Yula Group, Globus Developers and Meeka. The project is on the TS-RERA register as YULA GLOBUS NEO (P02400010006). We have not yet loaded the figures from its filing, so those below are the builder's. From the builder's brochure: two towers of 57 storeys on 4.36 acres in Neopolis, with over 1,04,000 sq ft of amenities, a clubhouse of ground, six floors and a terrace, and a sky deck on Level 59. Homes are 3 BHK of 2,235 to 2,300 sq ft and 4 BHK of 3,095 to 4,565 sq ft. A few points worth confirming: The brochure gives 57 storeys but places its sky deck on Level 59; the builder can confirm the floor count. The brochure does not give the number of homes; worth asking the builder. The floor plans print home sizes without saying whether they are saleable or carpet area; the builder can confirm. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
