Homes are 2 BHK of 1,067 to 1,476 sq ft and 3 BHK of 1,607 to 2,028 sq ft, with a separate clubhouse building. A few points worth confirming: Sizes vary by floor: first-floor homes have smaller balconies and saleable areas than the same homes higher up, so the builder can confirm the size of a chosen home. The brochure gives homes per tower but no overall total, possession date or clubhouse size; the builder can confirm these. The brochure we have does not print a RERA number; the register lists Vaishnavi Houdini (P02400003162) in Bandlaguda Jagir, which matches this project's name and area, and the builder can confirm it is the same. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
