Vertex Pristine is an apartment project in Hydernagar, Hyderabad, by Vertex Homes. What the TS-RERA filing (P02200004187) records: six towers of up to 10 floors with 321 homes, on about 3.92 acres. GHMC is the approving authority. The filing gives 9 February 2022 as its approval date and 9 February 2028 as its completion date. It reports 100% of the works done and 315 of the homes booked. An occupancy certificate is uploaded on the filing. From the builder's brochure: 309 homes in five blocks of two cellars, ground and 9 floors on 3.9 acres, with a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse of ground and three floors and a rooftop pool. Homes are 2 BHK of 1,270 to 1,500 sq ft and 3 BHK of 1,680 to 2,030 sq ft. A few points worth confirming: The brochure gives 309 homes, but its floor plans show 32 homes a floor across the five blocks; the builder can confirm how the 309 are arranged. One Block E home is marked 1,795 sq ft on the floor plan and 1,800 sq ft on the master plan; the builder can confirm. The brochure we have does not print a RERA number; the register lists Vertex Pristine (P02200004187) in Hydernagar, which matches this project's name and area, and the builder can confirm it is the same.
