Altura is an apartment project in Kollur, Hyderabad. What the TS-RERA filing (P01100010767) records: buildings of up to 36 floors with 524 homes, on about 3.2 acres. HMDA is the approving authority. The filing gives 4 March 2026 as its approval date and 4 July 2031 as its completion date. It reports no works done yet and no homes booked yet. From the builder's brochure: 523 homes in one U-shaped tower of basement, ground and 35 floors on 3 acres with 70% open space, 3 BHK homes of 1,560 to 2,500 sq ft and 3 BHK plus home theatre homes of 2,925 sq ft, with a clubhouse. A few points worth confirming: The brochure we have does not print a RERA number or the builder's name; the register lists AR Homes Altura (P01100010767) in Kollur, which appears to be this project, and the builder can confirm it. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
