Mithila Nagari

Mithila Nagari is an apartment project at Edulanagulapally, near Kollur, Hyderabad, by Sri Developers. The project is on the TS-RERA register as SRI DEVELOPERS MITHILA NAGARI (P01100010526). We have not yet loaded the figures from its filing, so those below are the builder's. From the builder's brochure: 597 homes in three towers of 25 floors on a site of 4 acres and more, 2 BHK homes of 1,479 and 1,487 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,695 to 2,583 sq ft (saleable area; the brochure also prints each home's RERA carpet area), with a five-level clubhouse of 32,666 sq ft and a swimming pool on its terrace. A few points worth confirming: The brochure says flat 03 on the 18th floor is not for sale as it is a refuge area, which is how three towers of eight homes a floor over 25 floors come to 597. The towers are named A, B and C on the site plan and 1, 2 and 3 on the typical floor plan. The brochure gives the site as '4+ Acres' without an exact area. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
