Bollineni's Mycasa

Bollineni's Mycasa is a villa community in Isnapur, Hyderabad, by Shangrila (Bollineni Group). From the builder's brochure: 391 triplex villas on plots of 167 and 200 sq yds, with built-up areas of 2,925 and 3,405 sq ft in east and west facing plans, and a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse. The larger villa plan shows a glass lift inside the home. A few points worth confirming: The brochure prints the RERA number as "PO1100009381" with a letter O; the registered form would be P01100009381, which the builder can confirm. The layout plan numbers plots into the 560s, more than the 391 villas the brochure states, and marks some as mortgage plots; worth asking the builder how many villas are offered. The brochure does not give the land area or a possession date; the builder can confirm both. We could not find P01100009381 in our copy of the TS-RERA register yet, so the figures here are the builder's alone. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as published by the builder.
