It lists 40,000 sq ft of clubhouse and amenities, including a four-level clubhouse on floors 23 to 26, and two levels of parking. A few points worth confirming: The brochure does not give the total number of homes or a possession date; the builder can confirm both. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
