Anvita High 9 is an apartment project in Kollur, Hyderabad, by RS Pasuraa & Anvita Buildpro LLP. From the builder's brochure: 2,331 homes in nine towers of 30 floors on 15 acres with more than 80% open space, 2 BHK homes of 1,355 sq ft, 3 BHK homes of 1,695 to 2,615 sq ft and 81 4 BHK cloud villas of 2,700 to 5,000 sq ft on the 29th and 30th floors. It has two amenity blocks, one of them a sports complex. A few points worth confirming: The brochure gives the 4 BHK cloud villas only as a range of 2,700 to 5,000 sq ft and shows no plans for them; the builder can share the actual sizes. We could not find P01100008195 in our copy of the TS-RERA register yet, so the figures here are the builder's alone. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as published by the builder.
