Supadha Gamya is an apartment project in Tellapur, Hyderabad, by Supadha Developers Private Limited. What the TS-RERA filing (P01100007536) records: buildings of up to 36 floors with 1,016 homes, on about 12.02 acres. HMDA is the approving authority. The filing gives 21 December 2023 as its approval date and 21 April 2029 as its completion date. It reports 41.5% of the works done and 239 of the homes booked. From the builder's brochure: 1,008 homes in six blocks of 36 floors on 10.12 acres, with 3 BHK homes of 2,430 to 2,810 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of 3,475 and 3,855 sq ft. It lists a 55,000 sq ft leisure clubhouse, a 19,000 sq ft sports clubhouse and 60,000 sq ft of recreation at podium level. A few points worth confirming: The brochure says 1,008 homes on 10.12 acres; the RERA filing records 1,016 homes on 48,663 sq m (about 12 acres). The builder can confirm which figures are current. Home sizes are printed in sq ft without saying whether they are saleable or carpet areas; worth asking the builder. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
