A few points worth confirming: The brochure says 1,976 homes; the RERA filing records 1,973. The builder can confirm the current count. The brochure does not give the number of towers or the site area; the RERA filing records 59,770 sq m of land, about 14.8 acres. The brochure gives sizes up to 1,991 sq ft, but its unit plans stop at 1,974 sq ft; worth asking the builder about the larger home.
