AR Homes Rise

AR Homes Rise is a gated apartment community in Kollur, Hyderabad, by AR Homes. The project is on the TS-RERA register as AR HOMES RISE (P01100007000). We have not yet loaded the figures from its filing, so those below are the builder's. From the builder's brochure: five blocks with 50 homes on each typical floor, 2 BHK homes of 1,300 to 1,385 sq ft, 2.5 BHK homes of 1,440 sq ft, 3 BHK homes of 1,720 to 2,165 sq ft, 3 BHK plus home theatre and 4 BHK homes of 2,645 to 3,035 sq ft, and one 3,605 sq ft layout with a home theatre and servant room. A clubhouse and swimming pool are marked on the master plan. A few points worth confirming: This is a floor plan brochure and does not give the number of homes, floors or the site area; the builder can confirm these. A 3 BHK plus home theatre home in Block E is labelled 2,645 sq ft on its plan but 3,035 sq ft in the area table; worth asking the builder which applies. Some 1,385 sq ft homes in Blocks B and D are labelled 3 BHK, another of that size 2 BHK; all are listed here as 2 BHK, and the builder can confirm. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
