Radhey Skye

Radhey Skye is an apartment project in Velimela, Hyderabad, by Clouds Wood Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (Radhey Group). What the TS-RERA filing (P01100006237) records: buildings of up to 23 floors with 1,425 homes, on about 11.17 acres. HMDA is the approving authority. The filing gives 18 March 2023 as its approval date and 18 July 2028 as its completion date. It reports 22.8% of the works done and 617 of the homes booked. From the builder's brochure: 1,419 homes in seven towers of DS+23 floors on 10 acres, with 2 BHK homes of 1,325 to 1,350 sq ft, 3 BHK homes of 1,715 to 2,310 sq ft and 3.5 BHK homes of 2,595 to 2,610 sq ft. It lists a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse and over 2,00,000 sq ft of stilt and clubhouse amenities. A few points worth confirming: The brochure says 1,419 homes on 10 acres; the RERA filing records 1,425 homes on 45,215 sq m (about 11.2 acres). The builder can confirm the final figures. The 2,595 and 2,610 sq ft homes in Block G are called 3.5 BHK in the area statement but 3 BHK on the Block G floor plan, which shows three bedrooms and a study. The brochure gives the floors as DS+23 without saying what DS stands for; it is worth asking the builder how many parking levels there are. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
