Divine Space

Divine Space is an apartment project in Tellapur, Hyderabad, by Divine Homes. What the TS-RERA filing (P01100005787) records: buildings of up to 12 floors with 883 homes, on about 7.53 acres. HMDA is the approving authority. The filing gives 19 November 2022 as its approval date and 19 March 2028 as its completion date. It reports 63.1% of the works done and 295 of the homes booked. From the builder's brochure: 876 homes in nine blocks of ground plus 12 floors over two basements, on 7.7 acres with 65% open space and a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse. Homes are 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK of 1,230 to 2,195 sq ft. A few points worth confirming: The brochure says 876 homes; the RERA filing records 883. The newer brochure gives the land as 7.7 acres (one page of the older edition says 8 acres); the RERA filing records 30,462 sq m, about 7.5 acres. The builder can confirm. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
