Vision's Arsha

Vision's Arsha is an apartment project in Tellapur, Hyderabad, by Vision Infra. What the TS-RERA filing (P01100005595) records: buildings of up to 28 floors with 1,570 homes, on about 11 acres. HMDA is the approving authority. The filing gives 15 October 2022 as its approval date and 15 February 2028 as its completion date. It reports 57.2% of the works done and 750 of the homes booked. From the builder's brochure: 1,561 homes in seven towers of 28 floors on 11 acres, with 2 BHK and 2.5 BHK homes of 1,390 sq ft, 3 BHK homes of 1,625 to 2,115 sq ft and 3.5 BHK homes of 2,355 and 2,700 sq ft. It lists a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse over ground plus five floors, a 10,000 sq ft sports complex and a 3.5 acre central courtyard, with parking in two basements. A few points worth confirming: The brochure says 1,561 homes; the RERA filing records 1,570. The brochure shows no floor plan for Block D, so its home types and sizes are not given; the builder can share them. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
