Abode Aravindam

Abode Aravindam is an apartment project in Tellapur, Hyderabad, by Abode Constructions. The project is on the TS-RERA register as ABODE ARAVINDAM (P01100005069). We have not yet loaded the figures from its filing, so those below are the builder's. From the builder's brochure: 567 homes in six blocks on 5.27 acres, 2 BHK homes of 1,350 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,500 to 1,825 sq ft, with a ground plus four floor clubhouse of 25,000 sq ft. A few points worth confirming: The brochure does not print the number of floors in each block; the builder can confirm it. One 3 BHK home in Block 4 is shown as 1,575 sq ft on its floor plan and 1,570 sq ft on the master plan; the floor plan figure is used here. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder. Check them on rerait.telangana.gov.in and with the builder before you decide. Pictures are the builder's artist's impressions, from its brochure.
