APR Higheria

APR Higheria is an apartment project in Patancheru, Hyderabad, by APR Group. The project is on the TS-RERA register as APR PRAVEENS HIGHERIA (P01100003535). We have not yet loaded the figures from its filing, so those below are the builder's. From the builder's brochure: 730 homes in six towers of cellar, ground and 10 floors on 7 acres, with a five-storey 50,000 sq ft clubhouse. Homes are 2 BHK of 1,150 to 1,280 sq ft and 3 BHK of 1,475 to 1,710 sq ft. A few points worth confirming: The brochure gives the site as 7 acres on one page and more than 8 acres on another; the builder can confirm the land area. The brochure we have does not print a RERA number; the register lists APR Praveens Higheria (P01100003535) in Patancheru, which matches this project's name and area, and the builder can confirm it is the same. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
