Ramky One Symphony

Ramky One Symphony is an apartment project at Patancheru, Hyderabad, by Ramky Estates & Farms Limited. What the TS-RERA filing (P01100003145) records: ten towers of up to 15 floors with 1,452 homes, on about 13.85 acres. GHMC is the approving authority. The filing gives 4 June 2021 as its approval date and 4 October 2027 as its completion date. It reports 46.5% of the works done and 30 of the homes booked. From the builder's brochure: nine towers of G+14 floors on 13.8 acres with 75% of the site open, 2 BHK homes of 1,040 to 1,265 sq ft (some with a study) and 3 BHK homes of 1,365 to 1,585 sq ft, with a clubhouse, a Miyawaki forest and an assisted living tower. A few points worth confirming: The RERA portal's own map pin for this project sits about 100 km from Patancheru, so it is not used here; the brochure's location map puts the project next to ORR Exit 3, Muthangi Junction. The brochure does not print the number of homes; the RERA filing's count is given above. The map pin comes from a Google Maps match to the project's name, so it shows the neighbourhood well but may not sit on the plot itself. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
