Signature Altius is an apartment project in Kollur, Hyderabad, by Signature Avenues LLP. What the TS-RERA filing (P01100002796) records: three towers of up to 12 floors with 530 homes: 197 2 BHK and 333 3 BHK, on about 5.45 acres. HMDA is the approving authority. The filing gives 16 March 2021 as its approval date and 15 June 2027 as its completion date. It reports 45% of the works done and 158 of the homes booked. From the builder's brochure: 517 homes in three blocks, 2 BHK homes of 1,385 to 1,420 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,550 to 2,425 sq ft, with a multi-storey clubhouse and a terrace swimming pool. A few points worth confirming: The brochure gives sizes from 1,260 sq ft, but the smallest home on its floor plans is 1,385 sq ft, so the sizes here are the ones on the plans. The brochure says 517 homes; the RERA filing records 530. The builder can confirm the current count. The brochure does not print the number of floors; its floor plans show typical floors 2 to 11, and the RERA filing records 12 floors. Figures are as filed and published by the builder.
