Infrastructure timeline: Hyderabad
Metro and rail lines, roads and flyovers, water, sewage and power works, hospitals, campuses and new city areas in Hyderabad and the Regional Ring Road belt: when each was announced, approved, begun and opened, as the records show. Every date is as precise as its source gives it, and every stage names its source. A date still to come is a target, with who set it and when; it is not a promise.
What past projects took
Past projects, measured from their own records. Not a forecast for any project.

How these are counted, and which projects
Measured from past projects' own records, not a forecast for any project. Years to opening: finished projects whose records date both their first announcement or proposal and their opening, each date taken at the middle of the period it can mean. First targets: the first date given for opening, for projects that reached construction, compared with the opening as recorded; a target given for one section is compared the same way, and each record's notes say what each target was for.

How these records are made
BuyBloc compiled one record per project from government releases and orders, parliament replies, agency filings and news reports. A date is never guessed: a stage dated only to the month or the year is shown that way. Where two sources disagree, the record uses the primary one and says so in its notes. A source marked primary is a government body, an agency, parliament or the company building the project; any other is shown as a news report, with its publisher and date. Status is as of the date given with it (16 Oct 2026 for most records).
These are records of what was said and done, not a survey or a legal finding. A project on the map is drawn as BuyBloc’s map layer draws it; check the source for the record itself.
